Student Scholarship Stipend Program

Students accepted for this scholarship receive a stipend to support the cost of their education renewable for up to four years while enrolled in a post-secondary school program.
To qualify, you must be a current Newburyport resident, having lived in Newburyport for at least one year, and be enrolled in a higher education program.
To apply, complete our short application (available by request). Applications are due each year on December 31 and students are notified in January. If selected to receive a stipend, funds can be used for costs such as: tuition, transportation, books and materials, daily living expenses.
